Dr. Nune Aram Simonian, MD

Dr. Simonian first saw my oldest daughter when she was 10 months old... now my daughter is 14 years old and I cannot imagine ever taking her to see another doctor. Dr Simonian has also been seeing my other 2 children since the day they were born. She came to the hospital within hours of their births and she has shown nothing but genuine concern for my children's wellbeing and health at every encounter. She's been our doctor for 14 years and she's truly the best! Dr Simonian knows their medical histories backwards and forwards... she KNOWS my children because she genuinely cares for them. She is always ready to listen, to ask how school's going, how their sports teams are doing. It's always about the whole well being of the child. She follows up and her concern is real. She's phoned after hours to ask how a certain medication is working, how my son was doing after a fractured arm, how my daughter felt a couple days after a tonsillectomy, the list goes on and on. You won't find a better… doctor!

Dr. Simonian is always ready to help, and takes a genuine concern about her patients, our kids. She is always following up to assure things are well. e greatly appreciate her human-touch, and expertise.

Our kids have been with Dr. Simonian for over a decade, and we could not ask for a more caring, friendly, and responsible, Doctor who has shown to be very experienced and great at what she does. She always shows the human touch!

The doctor's professionalism is not too bad like her office stuff, but she is always hurrying. The front desk staff are horrible, rude, and disorganized. They don't send notifications when vaccinations are due. They require you to play phone tag with a nurse who you then have to convince to see your child at all. They don't proactively offer any advice, and only react to your questions or concerns you raise. The receptionist is too busy to bother with being professional, polite, or, God forbid, kind. She acts like they are doing you a favor. Our soon-to-be-former Pediatrician was apathetic at best and clearly didn't care about our child and had no interest in forming any rapport with us whatsoever. Find a better practice, this one is too bureaucratic, overworked and doesn't care about families or children. Sorry, but it's the truth.
