Kasandra Lee Wylin, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Kasandra Wylin, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience across a wide range of healthcare settings. Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing from Aspen University and completion of her Family Nurse Practitioner program at Kaplan University. She began her nursing career after earning an Associate Degree from Regents School of Nursing and brings an additional 15 years of experience as a paramedic prior to becoming a nurse. Kasandra holds active nursing licenses in multiple states, including Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, California, Florida, Hawaii, and New York.

Throughout her career, Kasandra has worked in pre-hospital medicine, Level 1 Trauma Centers, home health, wound care, and infusion services. Her clinical focus is broad and patient-centered, allowing her to care for individuals across the lifespan, from young …children to older adults. She is especially passionate about patient education, disease prevention, and collaborative decision-making, ensuring patients feel informed and empowered in their healthcare choices.

Kasandra’s philosophy of care is rooted in the belief that every patient is unique and deserves individualized, holistic care. Outside of her professional life, Kasandra—often called “Kasey”—lives in Michigan with her family and beloved dog. She enjoys hiking, cooking, reading, crafting, and connecting with friends and neighbors, and remains deeply committed to supporting her patients on their journey toward optimal health and vitality.
