I am an experienced psychiatrist with more than 20 years of clinical practice, specializing in a comprehensive range of psychiatric conditions including Schizophrenia spectrum, Psychotic disorders, Bipolar and related disorders, Depressive and Anxiety disorders, Trauma- and stressor-related disorders, Somatic symptom disorders, and Substance-related and addictive disorders. My clinical expertise spans a variety of settings such as inpatient and outpatient facilities, community correctional facilities, and emergency crisis stabilization units.I completed my psychiatry internship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and my residency at the Morehouse School of Medicine, training at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. I reside in Atlanta with my wife, who works as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and our four wonderful children.Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about traveling with my family, gardening, serving my community, and mentoring youth.
