Staff is horrible. Wendy the nurse she is very rude. Always in a rush and with a mad face never smiles.

This office needs to get it together. 3 appointments with an hour and 20 minute wait is unacceptable. The doctor addresed none of MY concerns but went on a tangent about general medical issues people my age deal with. I would have liked her ONE TIM to stop talking AT ME and address a specific question based on my particular health problems nd not lump me in with everyone else.

I made an appointment and told the staff i was a new patient and I have not been to a doctor since i was a child i told them then, and also when i ot there and after waiting and hour and fifteen minutes for the doctor, I told her And her intern. I'd needed a physical and womens exams. After waiting over an hour my vitals were taking by staff i waited some more than an intern came in asked me some questions did a lot of Uh huh thats intersting under his breathe. the doctor came in asked me the same questions gave me a slip to go get blood work at another place then she left. No counsel, no response to any of the issues i had. I saw the doctor for 6 minutes. I couldn't tell you what i weigh or even what my blood pressure was. Nothing. They said NOTHING. That office needs an enema.

WE LOVE DR. SOLEJA BUT HER OFFICE STAFF ARE BELOW PAR. TAKES SEVERAL CALLS TO GET THE OFFICE TO FAX OVER REFERALS/ORDERS TO A SPECIALIST. ON SEVERAL VISITS HAVE HAD TO WAIT FROM 1-2 HOURS TILL WE ARE SEEN ( & THIS IS WITH AN APPOINTMENT)
