We call him Dr. O!! He is Very kind and invoked in his work! Very caring,cares about his patients. Was very Glad when Dr.O got an office in on Southern Ave! No longer had to go all the way to Bowie!!! He is a very good Doctor as far as I'm concerned!!!!

If I had to use one line to describe this practice, I'll say Ridiculous Staff, Great Doctor! Dr Onyeaghala is professional and knowledgeable, however, the uncountable number of staff to include the office manager, receptionist are ridiculous. Wait time is in hours, 2, 3, 4 or all day. I am in and out of most doctors office in about an hour to include wait times but have spent a whole day for an early morning appointment. The staff do not care, very rude, yell patients information so everyone can hear. I know half of everyone's business when I go in there because of how loud they are. The Doctor needs to pay more attention to how the business is managed. Bottom line is great Doctor, poor management and other personnel.

Look Dr.Onyeaghala is a great Physician, yet has slacked since he switched offices. Overly crowded waiting, and the wait is about 4+ hours If you have an appointment make sure to cancel all your plans because after being weighted and checked for vitals your stuck in the room for another 2+ hours terrible, and not only that when you have to schedule a follow up be ready to wait a good 2 months that's why I switched !!! Unorganized, slacking employees which are like 20 good for nothing. That's too bad for Dr.O he needs to get his team together

The office maneger Dirs needs to hire experienced personel. Dr. Onyeaghala works very hard and proffessionaly but the employees do not know what they are doing so it makes him not be able to provide good services as required. needs improvement.
