Nycol Sprague Clough

I met with Nycol Clough, NP at Dr. Naseer's office on Graf Road (Northshore Internal Medicine) and was treated with total disrespect. The nurse commandeered the full visit and wouldn't listen to what I had to say. She barked the same order again and again until I finally had to put my hand up to say that this was her 4th time and that I heard her. She didn't stop. She had my meds in hand, which were prescribed in 2024 with a 2025 expiration date and screamed at me for taking them. It wasn't until I read my portal/chart that I spotted she had indicated that the previous incident and pills were prescribed in 2004 instead of 2024. Other errors were also written-up on my chart, such as stating that my purpose of coming In was to check my BP. I had told the nurse that the reason I came In was that I have extreme shortness of breath and dizziness when I stand In place for over 15 minutes or climb stairs. If I don't sit down, my left leg wobbles and completely gives out. Overall, the only… assistance I received was that my current blood pressure and weight was recorded. My insurance was billed $670.00 for an approximate 20 minute visit; which left me with high anxiety and a wrenching headache. I will not be going back.
