Waited 45-60 mins to see a new dr. This dr was only in the room with me less than 5 mins. I had 2 years of medical records for a line of duty injury and ptsd. This dr failed to treat them. Instead he wants to wait a month for dr recrods from the old dr. Then see what he can do. No lookimg for a new dr. Never trust a dr who fails to even act on offical paperwork. I understand covering you own first. But offical stamped papers. Come on. Do yourself a favor. Look at other dr. And avoid the Quality of life who he works for. Just as bad!!

Review by a patient of 2+ years/ All comments based on personal experiences. OFFICE? No privacy (you can hear every detail of every conversation in the front - including phone call details), no WiFi (unless you are a client of the cable company) and a nasty fish tank which blocks the view of the TV for half of the waiting room. / OFFICE WAIT (With appointment)? 45 min-1.5+ hr / WALK IN (Wait time)? Could be up to 4+ hrs / RUN OUT OF MEDICATION? Told to "make an appointment" (first appointment available: 17 days from call) / MULTIPLE ISSUES/COMPLAINTS? Not with this doctor, he expects to handle as few issues as he can per visit (basically he asks you to narrow down your issues to the one that bothers you the most and then he wants to address others issues in more visits or does as little as possible in order to get you out the door - fast. TIME WITH PATIENT? Entered - Evaluated - Left: All happened within 5 min (Actual Time: 5 min 7 sec) Total Office Visit Time: 1 hr 42 min.... and that… was with an appointment! Very disappointed with this physician and his staff. You can do so much better when choosing a physician. If you have to use him - take these comments as a taste of what is to come for you as well.
