Really grest doctor

As an ex patient of his for 8 years seeing him monthly HOOKED on very strong narcotics,and am now in recovery from the evilness of opiates,I'm extremely happy he's stopped writing narcotic pain meds! What do you think is causing the heroin epidemic???? It's DOCTERS,writing 40,80 mg oxy 3,4 times a day,writing MORPHINE SULFATE 100mgs! 4 times a day narco 10s 4 times a day! It's insanity! I completely hate opiates now and now SEE just how bad they cloud you mind! Satan Himself is in opiates really! If you are going through detox,or recovery believe it's God's blessing! Because when he was writing those nasty scripts the amount he was THE DEVILS INSTRUMENT! please believe!? Now what happened was HIS WIFE joined Him there,and SHES the one (thank god!) Pulling the deadly plug on the opiate users which ,by the way,he irresponsibly had thousands,each appointment opiate addict me had there were 8 out of 10 seeing dr. A and either strung out,or doped out! So thank god he stopped!

He is no longer Writing pain medicine!!!!!!! did not take my insurance and would not let me self pay, very odd

Look up on the wall and what do you see? Pictures of Dr.'s whom all used to be a part of taking care of society. No picture of Captain Oxy An addictive personality so he may leave you to believe! Dr. Octavian Austriacu HAS MOVED TO 170 LITTLE EAST NECK RD AND DOES NOT ACCEPT YOU IF YOU WERE A PART OF STRAIGHT PATH MED GROUP! JUST GO FIND ANOTHER DR, DR COLLIN A HEART ATTACK AND A NEW HIP SOON LEAVES YOU TO WONDER WHO WILL TAKE HIS PLACE. THE ANSWER, HE HAD SOMEONE BUT THAT SOMEONE GOT ITCHY FEET AND SAID NO TO THE OFFER! OBAMA CARE NOT EVEN A COMPUTER IN THERE PATIENT ROOMS, TABLES FROM THE PSYCH WARD ! Want a Dr. start making calls!

I have had dr A for a long time . My husband had I are so hurt that he's gone . I finally found someone who cares and takes his time listening to your problems. My husband finally received a medication to help him but it was going to be talked about with the doctor on the next visit. Now that's not going to happen. I want to know where he's going to be so we can see him still. I don't care where he is. He's the best. I was told dr Collins will take his patients for one time only. No appointments till the end of sept. God forbid your sick that's not happening. There was a woman who worked there and got let go not to long ago. I think she had something to do with this. She ruined his life an career . How dare her. He's awesome. Sorry dr A. You are missed by all your patients please send out your new adress to find you. Thanks.

Great dr idont know what happened to him he left straight path medical I had my monthly visit today i now see dr collins. I heard he opened his own practice somewhere in west babylon can you tell me where he's mypcp for yearsand what a good dr lhe is the best dr i ever had. Please find him for me again

He has around 30-40 patients a DAY! almost all on oxycontin,ms contin (morphine sulfate) and,narco and he did not tell any of his OPIOD DEDEPENDENT patients a word before just up and quiting this office!!!! Wrong!!!! It should be illegal to give out medication like that and just take off leaving HUNDREDS of ppl going through SEVERE opioid withdrawals! Shame on ya doc! You had a responsibility to your patients and you just didn't give 1 thought! All of his patients loved him! I have/had been a patient every month since 2007! There at that office! I am extremely disappointed with him n this! I always held him to a higher regard like I thought he actually cared about allll of us that see him monthly,but,it seems we meant NOTHING! Just another script ...sad! Hope he changes profession's, I really do!or I pray for his future patients that he blows over

Dr Austiacu is a true professional Primary care Physician everyone should experience if they are unsure how a knowledgable, caring and truly concerned doctor performs his examinations. I am proud to call Dr. Austriacu my PCP . He is a godsend. I am diabetic, since I have seen him my diabetes is totally under control , not just by prescribing correct dosages pertaining to my symptoms, but the personal touch and empathy he shows is something lacking in today's managed health care system. He makes sure when you leave his office you are completely confident in his diagnosis and subsequent treatment plan.. My girlfriend and I have numerous medical issues. We are never hesitant to seek out his medical advice and are living a much better life today because of the fabulous care we receive. He is accessible, caring, and takes the time to make sure his patients are living a more productive lifestyle. Thanks Dr.Austriacu for helping me all these years!!
