Octavio Garcia Barba, PA

Before relocating to Salem, Oregon, Tavi (he/him) graduated from Kansas State University and delivered high-quality care during his clinical training in underserved communities in Kansas. Born and raised in a medically-disadvantaged community in Mexico, he witnessed many healthcare disparities and believes that his medical knowledge, combined with his lifetime experiences of perseverance, empathy, compassion, service, a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, all equip him to provide exceptional quality care. When he is not caring for patients, Tavi enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He is passionate about outdoor activities and spends most of his time hiking with his kids. Additionally, he enjoys playing football, soccer, swimming, running, skiing, and traveling.
