Dr. Octavio Garcia SR., MD

this Dr. need to talk to his staff about the way they talk down to the customers. I called the VA , and cancel my appointment. Due to I told the girl last week that I wound pick up my medical ,walked in this morning was told the Dr. just got back to work was out of town. That had to wait, told the girl that I would come back she told me to sat down she would call me. Also he only has four parking spaces and his staff park there, so the customers have to park on the street.

Dr. Garcia is a very talented surgeon. Ease to talk to and welcoming with our questions. He did a great job with the surgery. Please he speaks perfectly fluent Spanish. We appreciated that a framed image of our Lady of Shonestat in the waiting room. His office staff is another story. The are hard to deal with. You never get the sense that they want to work with you. Nothing a few sessions of customer service training but still a pain in a rear. Dr. Garcia is great, but I wonder if he knows the quality of service his patient get from his staff.
