Dr. Oded Zmora, MD

Had to change my review. When I went in for a terrible UTI, they said they were not able to give me antiobotics because they were not able to see my lab results because I took Azo. Which I told them before my appt that is what I was having to do. I was later hospitalized for a full bladder infection and kidney infection which caused major pain and resulted in ER visits and possibly damage. I made an appointment for Doctor Zmora and I had an infection but was denied antiobiotics. I explained to them that this was terrible care and I would be seeing a new Primary care physician. They denied my Methimizole which controls my hyperthyroidism while I waited for my appointment with a new doctor. While Doctor Zmora seemed like a good doctor his care has quickly declined. He seems to know his stuff, but after an ER visit he caused me to be hospitalized by NOT LISTENING. His care staff is not great either. Use caution. I am changing my whole family to work someone else. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS.… THAT IS YOUR OATH. And if you get Jenna while Doctor Zmora is out, expect even worse care with a bad attitude. I will be leaving a review at UC Health as well. Why do people take roles in Health Care with bad bedside manner and poor judgement. You should not been in this field of work and allow your patients to suffer. It was UTI guys, not cancer. Would highly recommend going to someone else. Luckily I am healthy, but I would not take my family here any further. I thought UC was the best, but I am quickly learning from others, they have lost credibility unless they are at the Clifton Hospital. Teach your staff manners and include in that review that neglect is not an option in healthcare. Jenna find a new career path. Sorry Dr. Zmora but I can't let that go. Oh to add, yes, the front desk staff are iffy. One time I knew I was going to be late, and I called and told them I was going to be late and wondered if I should still come out. They said it should be fine. I left to head that way which is 30 minutes away from my house and when I got there 17 minutes after my appt time they said I was too late. I was infuriated and asked to speak to doctor Zmora anyway to let him know his staff was horrible. And finally we still got in to see him but it was super annoying.

He has poor bedside manners. He was rude and condescending and didn’t listen to me. I didn’t receive any help or treatment from him and I left feeling belittled. I will never go back to him. I haven’t ever had a doctor treat me like that.

This office does not know what they are doing. I'm a new patient and first I rush to pick up the script before they close and the doors are locked early! they let me in and can't find the script, then I get a call on Monday morning from a hateful rude woman who stated the script was there! I have someone pick it up for me and they say its not there. Then they some how find it and tell me he's not authorized to get it. I confirmed this Friday before I sent someone else to get it that he was on the list! This office has no clue what they are doing at all!

Dr. Zmora took the time, to explain my condition, and even went above and beyond to call me when I had an emergency. He is one of the best family physician in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

Doesnt listen, looks at you like you're stupid. Doesnt take the time to listen. Self diagnosis need here. I should have been a doctor.

Although the wait time is a bit long, it's understandable. The practice is very busy and the doctors there, including Dr. Zmora take their time with their patients. When my daughter and I went to see him, he made us feel at ease, he was not rushed, and he listened to us. He has a very subtle sense of humor and calm and caring bedside manner. He has been very helpful and proactive in our health care and we are so glad that he is our doctor! I would highly recommend Dr. Zmora!

i think he doesnt need to bend me over to check my spine or lift up my shirt to check my heart but other than thats hes very nice and jokey and i think he thinks i havr hypochondria but i thinks hes good besides the fact he dont listen well

he does not know what he is talking about, so many times my family has come to him, he tells us its viral and will run its course, we end up in urgent care 2-3days later needing anibiotics for strep throat, sinus infection, bronchitis, etc all that he missed, you have to beg them to do blood work and pretty much self diagnose

don't waste time with this doctor. he's the worse kind, even in the most imaginative minds. He's beyond anything compared to human, he's inhuman to any patient and those of other doctor he works with. no respect, no listening, and very bad bedside manner. it doesn't exist. his treatments are those the 1800's.
