Dr. Odette Renee Stanley-Brown, MD

She is very rude and condescending. My child has Autism and she spoke too him like he was stupid!!!!! The most inappropriate Doctor I have ever met!!!!

She is the rudest Dr I have ever come in contact with! We waited over an hour for my son’s appointment and she didn’t even accommodate any of his needs let alone acknowledge he was in the room. He is 2 years old with a speech delay and special needs. I’m beyond disappointed with her and will search for a new Dr. promptly.....

We waited 67 minutes to be seen even though the office was empty. It was just my daughter and 1other girl in the next room. To make matters worse Dr Stanley-Brown was rude with all her facial expressions and didn't even bother to review my daughters chart before seeing her. I'm writing this review because my daughter cried when we got to the car. I requested time from work to be there and they do no have respect for your time or you as a client. We have been with Nemours for a few years and now that Dr Chan is gone we will leave also. This was a horrible experience.

I have two newborn babies. Dr. Stanley-Brown and her staff have been amazing at their appointments. Everyone is friendly, compassionate and helpful. Dr. Stanley-Brown takes the time to thoroughly examine them and explains everything while she's doing her exam.

I've been trying to get a refill on my son's asthma prescription for nine days with no luck. Also she did not return my phone call.

My children have been patients of Dr Chan Ragazzo at Nemours Primary Care where Dr Stanley Brown is practicing. Since Dr Ragazzo is moving we had to see Dr Stanley Brown at the recent visit. My experience was very horrible. She was very rude, and did not introduce herself to us properly or introduce herself to my son who is already scared. Rudely interupted him instead of calming him down. Made me feel like a horrible mother, and made me feel like i couldnt control my son. She refused to read certain notes, and stated she didnt know things regarding blood work or what to do next. When someone says that as a doctor made me feel they were incompetent of treating children. I will not be returning to this office anymore unless they get a different doctor in the practice.
