Dr. Odrin S Castillo, DO

Dr Castillo is an incredible practitioner. He is kind, responsive, and listens to his patients. His patient-focused and patient-led approach is what you need on your healthcare team! The residents he trains have a role-model in providing inclusive care. I don’t hesitate to recommend him to any of my found family!

He was very helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He always put his patients comfortable and at ease. I will always recommend him to family members and friends.

Dr. Castillo is the most wonderful, intelligent, compassionate, understanding and humane physician that I have ever known or worked for/with in my 28 years in the healthcare field. If all Dr's were like him, the healthcare in this country would improve exponentially...to everyone's benefit and delight.

Dr. Odrin Castillo takes his time to talk through all medical issues, and though he is busy, he never makes a patient feel “less heard” or glossed over. No matter how simple or complicated the medical issue, Dr. Castillo cares equally.

Dr. Castillo is a great doctor because he actually listens to your medical issues and tries to do something about them to help you. Finding a doctor that listens is very hard to come by, so when you need to book an appointment, I would highly recommend Dr. Castillo. He seems so genuine like he actually loves his job and cares about what he does every day.

Dr. Castillo is one of a kind! I usually HATE Doctors and would almost rather die than have to deal with them, but Odrin Castillo is different. My first visit with him was on the phone and when I hung up I had a feeling I might have finally found my doctor. Have seen him in the office a few times since and I was right, I did find my doctor. No one has a better bedside manner than he does! He has proven consistently that he has my back 100%. Although he’s had to give me news that I didn’t want to hear at times, he’s also helped me turn the negative things around. He has an uncanny way of getting me to do things that other doctors couldn’t. He’s encouraging, caring and empathetic. He understands that ultimately it’s the patient’s decision to decide what works for them. His response time is unheard of. I sent him a request for a referral this afternoon and a couple of hours later, he had not only processed the request, but I received the approval. His communication skills are… outstanding! He is so down to earth, friendly and easy to talk to. He’s patient and takes the time to explain what I don’t understand and answer all my questions. I have OCD and am on the Spectrum, so I’m very intuitive and see people’s true intentions, character and personality. Dr. Castillo is genuine. He’s the real thing, and anyone who is lucky enough to be his patient should be mighty thankful. I know I am. I hope Memorial Care understands what a gem they have!

I completely lucked out when I was assigned to Dr. Odrin Castillo. He has a fabulous bedside manner and is very caring. He follows up on specialist referrals and prescription requests immediately. He believes that the patient should have a voice in their treatment plan and gives me credit for being in touch with my body and being pretty perceptive about what I need. I have OCD and am on the Spectrum, so I sometimes have a difficult time dealing with doctors, but Dr. Castillo somehow puts me at ease. I highly recommend him to anyone! I can’t imagine anyone not being highly pleased with him.
