Dr. Ofra Sarid-Segal, MD

I had been seeing this doctor as it was mandated for four years. After the mandated time was over. I continued to see this doctor on a voluntary basis for an additional four years printed by this doctor that it would enhance my future. This doctor was receiving my insurance payments . When my attorney had requested a letter stating that I continued to see her on a voluntary basis he went ignored. I finally inquired and was refused a letter. The letter was of great importance as the agency I was exercising my rights for needed an additional letter from her. I am also disabled and have achieved much success through my own hard work and determination. I feel that she took me on as a patient it would have been her ethical responsibility to respond with the letter which is part of compliance requested by the agency and attorney I am using. When realizing that a form of Ableism was performed against me I immediately stopped all visits. This doctor has no real concern and is non cooperative… when an agency needs any letters as part of their process. We have opened a case with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and in hopes this will have a positive outcome. My Wife was also affected and this unethical behavior has also exacerbated her disabilities as well. Very disappointing therapist who input my trust into.

This "dr" spend the whole time taking notes on nothing. Just nosey. Nothing is clinical or helpful. Then she'll write your life story with out any input from the patient. Crazy!

She is the best! Caring, thorough and helpful! Kind! VERY available! She has helped me so much. She has helped my companion so much. God bless Dr. Segal.
