Dr. Ogonna O Orjiekwe

Absolutely amazing... The ladies at the front desk , the assistants and Dr. O are just phenomenal.. Dr. O takes his time and is very thorough. No matter if you ask a million questions, he'll answer every single one lol. I've always been terrified of the dentist but this place is very welcoming. The ladies help you feel at ease, make going to the dentist fun for my children and show that they care. The assistants are very sweet as well. I would definitely recommend them to my Friends and Family!!

I have been attending this office for years along with my family! Dr. O is absolutely amazing! New staff in the front and they show that they care and make the dentist fun! I highly recommend this office to my family and friends!

I waited for 30 minutes for my first appointment, my second one was not so bad, but the third one was the worst! I waited for an hour! I waited for 30 minutes at the reception and the hygienist called me in, then again I waited for another 30minutes. Nobody even came to tell me why I was waiting for so long! If I have a choice, I'd move to another provider... but I'm stuck for a year!

The first time I visited Dr. Ogonna I was very happy. In fact, there is not a bad thing I can say about Dr. Ogonna or the hygienist. However, due to the unprofessional treatment I received from his office staff, I will never visit him again. They called me to confirm my Dentist's appointment was at 3.30 pm. Nonetheless when I got there at 3.30pm they said I was late and that I needed to reschedule the appointment. I said I did not think so, since it was not my fault they made a mistake when they called to confirm. The receptionist instead of trying to get a solution or apologize for the confusion told me that the person that confirms the appointment is the office manager and that she recalls telling me 3 pm and of course she used an arrogant tone, which I did not appreciate at all, I felt disrespected as a patient and as a person. At that very moment I told her to cancel the appointment and I went to the dentist next door (Dental Associates of Jersey) which I highly recommend, Maureen… was very nice and kind with me. She recommended that I get the X-rays from Dr. Ogonna's office and when I went there to ask for it they told me there was a fee of $25 which I would gladly pay, in order not to be mistreated again. I said not a problem I will pay that, then they wanted the new dentist info (I still do not understand why) and then they made me wait like 15 min to finally tell me that they would not be able to give the X-rays to me because there were all busy to look for them (3 ladies were sitting right in front of me and none of them could look for it??), I immediately replied are you serious??, she said yes... I missed a whole afternoon from work for nothing.... on top of everything, she dares to tell me that a patient did not show up and that I could take his spot if I wanted to.. I replied not thank you! I walked away empty handed and I wish I did not have to put my feet again in that office to look for the X-rays.... I really hate the fact that I need to go to that office one more time... I felt as if I was asking for charity, when I actually have an excellent dental insurance plan.
