No. Find someone else. This place is terrible. I assume they get kickbacks from certain drug companies because they are certainly not prescribing meds based on my diagnoses or symptoms. Almost every appointment has been so unpleasant I have to recuperate from it. Their 'psychiatrists' are practical nurses and they switch you whether you like it or not. Their practice is based on an assembly line. I'm DONE and I do not recommend anyone use dr. Adebogun and his stable of fake psychiatrists.

This place is the worst. I was going through withdrawals from Spravato due to an insurance mistake. I was in a bad place and called Mind Matters. They made me an appointment right away and assured me everything would be ok. I arrived for my first appointment and it was going great. In the middle of my appointment Jacob was interrupted by his cell phone! I’ve never had a psychiatrist answer their cell during an appointment. Anyways, it was Dr. Oladele Adebogun on the phone who said he refused to see me because of another medication I was taking. They all knew what medications I was taking before my appointment. They gave me no explanation and just said ‘sorry’. After Dr. Oladele Adebogun interrupted our appointment everything shifted to getting me out of the office. All the care and compassion disappeared and they didn’t care I was in the midst of severe depression relapse. I left feeling worse than before. They knew all the medications I was on before I showed up to my appointment.… Talk about kicking someone while they’re down. This place is full of incompetence and Dr. Oladele Adebogun do not care about the well-being of the patient.

Stay far away. This place will charge you for your appointment even when the doctors no show. You read that right. No show. I have had the doctor miss my appointment 3 times and still got charged. All they said was sorry like it was no big deal and still charged me. The office has 10 employees sitting around doing nothing with includes never answering the phones or returning messages. Your medicine is never sent in on time and you have to request multiple times. When the meds do get sent in they are wrong sometimes not even the same type of medication you take. I will be reporting this office to the medical board. If anyone else has these issues I may suggest doing the same or they will continue to take advantage of customers and there health issues. Im disgusted at the manager and the treatment she provided to me. She was dismissive rude and even asked me to leave the office when I told them I was unhappy and needed help. Yes, i literally had to go to the office to get help bc the… phone wouldn’t get Answered when I called. Stay away

Waited over 45 minutes and still had not seen the doctor, walked out of the office. Staff is unprofessional and does not know what they are doing.

I was a patient of his for about a year. I was extremely happy with the care I received until I was unable to make ONE appointment and he "fired" me without warning effective 2 weeks before I received a letter in the mail making me without a psychiatrist with no warning. His office staff were very nice and professional. My physical healthcare is not a cut and dry situation. I have a seizure disorder and I'm in pain management. From the very first new patient appointment I signed a release of information form that allowed Dr. A to get in touch and discuss my care with ALL my physicians. It was important to me that all of my providers could coordinate the best care possible. I was 100% honest with him about my prescriptions. I was extremely sick one day that I had an office visit scheduled with him and had to cancel. I awoke that morning extremely ill. I called his office and apologized for the lack of warning. I was told that I would be responsible for paying a cancelation fee because… of it. I told them that was fine and I was prepared to pay said fee over the phone when cancelling the appointment. I carried with me a printed list of all my medications, the reason for taking them and the name and number of the physician who prescribed them. I made sure to always tell Dr. A whenever I got a new RX at each visit. I was on a medication that my pain management doctor prescribed me prior than when I started to see him. Dr. A was aware of this medication the entire time. Dr. A prescribed me a medication that has a possible interaction with my original medication. After a few months of being on the medication Dr. A prescribed he asked me to start getting it prescribed by my pain management doctor. Both my pain management doctor and myself were fine with doing as he requested. I missed the one office appointment with Dr. A and he fired me immediately claiming that I was "doctor shopping". I had NOT been to any new provider nor had I gotten duplicate prescriptions from ANY of my providers. Dr. A pulled up my history of prescriptions on the Texas Prescription Database and saw exactly who prescribed every medication and the dates they were filled. As I mentioned I saw NO new doctors nor did I get duplicate prescriptions from him and any other of my health care providers. After getting the letter I contacted his office and he called me to discuss the reason behind my sudden "firing" as a patient of his. Dr. A said he was concerned about the very medication he originally prescribed me in conjunction with the medication my pain management doctor had prescribed. Dr. A stated he did not want to be part of my care due to the possible life threatening effect of the two drugs together. As I previously mentioned he fired me the day I missed the appointment with him. I had never missed an appointment with him. I've worked in doctors offices in the past. Typically when they decided to fire a patient we allowed the patient to continue receiving care for approximately 2 weeks to allow them time to get setup with a new provider. Dr. A did not allow this and had fired me approximately two weeks prior to when I got the letter stating he was no longer my doctor. This could of caused a major problem had I needed care prior to being informed I was no longer his patient.

After a change in medications, I called fof three days to communicate that I was having significant side effects, and was having trouble accessing the patient portal, Not one person from the office called back. After calling over and over until someone answered the phone on the 3rd day, I was told an email had been sent to reset my password. After some back and forth I was given directions and told to pick up a lower dose of the new medication. The dr. would not advise me on how to take the lower dose without making it an office visit and collecting his money. I had seen him the week prior to get started on the medication change, my problem his profit. He did not listen to my concerns about the medicine itself, telling me I was in serotonin withdrawal from the old medication, and that the medicine could not be causing my disabling symptoms. He had me stop the medicine for 3 days and then go to the lower dose. Day one taking the lower dose, as left me again as sick as I was prior to… stopping....all side effects can easily be found on web search. As it is Saturday I tried again to access my portal. I found the email for it in my junk mail, and I have still been unable to reset the portal. It asks personal id questions that I never provided the answers too, apparently at 50 years old I can't remember the name of my first manager, so I can't communicate with my Doctor. This is a doctor who does not have a service, doesn't return phone calls, and doesn't listen to the patients unique history or sensitivities.

He is the Best psychiatrist around here serving southwest Arkansa and Northeast Texas
