She really hears me when I talk. She will take the time to look something up if she's not 100% positive, which is very reassuring. I'm comfortable with her - I drive a very long way to see her, and I don't want to change.

Wonderful time spent with her except for her office. The room is too cold, the sun shines into the patient's eyes (in the morning) and the window blinds makes this constant rattling noise which is so annoying for a patient like me with PTSD, anxiety, and sensitive hearing. It would be wonderful if these items were fixed before my next visit. Thank you.
