He seeems to not care about his profession and isn’t very warm or friendly. Perhaps it is his culture of where he is from but nonetheless he isn’t very knowledgeable and deflects questions from patients. I have since changed PCPs.

I told him I would is my job if he would not give me a return to work note and he said he didn't care and that he was not my doctor; even though his name is on my prescription bottles for the past year. On top of that, he filled out to two fmla packets before that. Do not go to him he is very rude and short !!!! Taking this up with Health Care Partners Nellis in Washington corporate and Better Business Bureau!!!! I've never done anything to this doctor and paid 300 to see him he didn't even listen to my heartbeat or my breathing or anything before that I asked him to fill out my packet and he said no and walked off and wouldn't come back when I requested him to !!!!

My personal experience over the past two years has been very much similar to the comments from the 2009 reviewer.I don't believe Dr. Alonge has a clue about what he is doing sometimes. Example; this spring I went into the office because I was sneezing, nose was running, eyes were itchy and watering. HE ASK ME "what do you think it is a cold or allergies". His follow up is non-existent. If you happen to be out of town and need to get in touch with him for any reason - FORGET IT.He has seen me for the last time, I am changing doctors.*There is a female doctor in the same office (Dr. Cortez) that is the total opposite, too bad that she does not have here own office.

I really enjoy Dr. O & Dr. Cortez. Both of them are very caring & understanding and have always looked out for my best interest.

He seems like a nice person, but does not seem to have much medical knowledge. He has difficulty answering patient's questions and I believe it is because he does not know the answers, in which case he should just say he does not know. Receptionist has very abrasive demeanor and makes you feel like you are an inconvenience. She is either rude or always in a bad mood. Not a welcoming place to take care of one's health. Better off going to an auto mechanic..it's too bad that good doctors are so hard to find.
