Office worker By name Mila very mean, and only trying to be nice to patients. Half of the time she does not know what she is talking about, and very moody takes her emotions on other female patients.

The staff is rude, they can barely speak English. They treat you like garbage if you do not speak Russian. They are lazy unprofessional and offer very bad service. I waited almost an hour for appointments. The doctor doesn't care about your health, just how you are paying. I don't think he has ever heard of a Hippocrates oath.

Dr. Volchonok was my primary doctor for 5+ years, I am very positive and excited about his practice. Extremely professional and knowledgeable specialist; courteous and nice person. I recommended him number of times for my friends and colleagues.
