I had no problem receiving a new patient appointment . The staff was friendly and helpful .From experience as a retired dentist,these patients who claim they couldn't get an appointment likely wanted a Saturday or evening appointment. If missing a day's work isn't worth your health then you don't deserve an appointment anyway!! Five families I know love ?? this friendly staff and bright , caring ????? MD. As for the persons who expected the office to call YOU for an appointment? What decade was your last medical appointment in?? Oh! and for the complaining of waiting 45 minutes. Maybe if patients kept their appointments doctors wouldn't need to overbook!! Seriously?? Maybe you'd like a home visit for a fli vaccination?

Dr. Gibbon is a wonderful doctor, however, trying to make an appointment or even when you leave your contact information, hoping that someone in her office will get back to you within a 24hr time frame, think again, they don't. I called 13 times in one given day just trying to get through, between my personally phone and my office phone. I have leave my contact information and two days later no one has return my call. They are not totally professional when it comes to returning calls. Would I recommend Apollo Medical, NO, would I recommend Dr. Gibbon as your doctor, INDEED YES. But the choice is yours.
