Dr. Olga Valerievna Hardy, MD

My experience with Dr. Olga Hardy was deeply disappointing and regrettable. I scheduled an appointment specifically for an annual checkup, but upon arrival, she attempted to reclassify it as a general visit without explanation. From the beginning, her demeanor was dismissive and condescending. Rather than listening to my concerns, she acted as though she already knew what was best — without any interest in hearing what I had to say. Instead of focusing on my health, Dr. Hardy spent the majority of the visit promoting additional services and vaccinations I didn’t ask for. It felt less like a medical consultation and more like a sales pitch. I left feeling unheard and uneasy about her priorities. To make matters worse, I was billed for **two appointments** despite only attending one. This was done without informing me at any point. In all my years of seeing doctors, only one other physician has ever done something like this — and it’s incredibly disheartening. It gave me the impression… that profit takes precedence over patient care in her practice. Healthcare should be about trust, communication, and a shared goal of well-being. Unfortunately, I felt none of that during my visit. I would not recommend Dr. Hardy to others seeking genuine, patient-focused care.
