I’ve been here several times and every time the girls in the front are very unprofessional Dr. always great when you do get to see her but the girls in the front I can’t express how rude they are.

Charging late fees to sick patients shows true colors of no compassion.

We moved in to town 7 yrs ago, a friend of ours recommended Dr Joukovski, her and her staff are awesome and really take the time to give you full attention to your health care needs. Very pleased!!!

While Dr Joukovski is very knowledgeable, her office overbooks her. Every time I have been here I have arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and last time I waited 2 hours until I was seen. Pretty ridiculous

My husband and I both see her and she takes excellent care of us. Very responsive to our needs and concerns. So glad that we found her!

I had the best experience with Dr. Joukovski. Scheduling appointment was easy and fast, and almost no waiting time (not even 10 min in the waiting area!). Doctor is very pleasant, knowledgeble, attentive, great manners. And she actualy take time with her patients. It was truly pleasant experience. Will be recommending Dr. Joukovski to my friends and family.

Office is very efficient,have flexible schedule openings, can be seen the same day, doctor is thorough, wonderful nurse practitioner , both are very personable, highly recommend

Waited over 1.5 hours after all vital information was taken, no one checked in on me, let me know the doctor was running behind anything. When I asked for my refund, I was told this is typical. Guess it happens on a daily basis. I was there 30 minutes before appt to complete paperwork. The 1.5 hour wait was from the time the nurse asked all the questions and I was truly waiting for the doctor, I left without anyone caring or calling back. Stay away unless you have a couple of hours to waste.

if you want 3rd world treatment, this is the place for you. The office staff are the rejects from other Dr's. They play hide and seek because the Dr is too lame to know what's going on in her office. Annmarie sits in the front, but she's always hiding because she's too lazy to do the right thing. The nurses or assistant nurses, because they're too lame to be "registered nurses", think they can treat you like they own the business. Dr J may want to pay a little more or she'll lose more patients.
