Dr. Olga Lansky, MD

Being one of the only Russian speaking doctors available, she was extremely rude, patronizing and unprofessional. Making inappropriate comments, remarks, and even raising her voice on her elderly patient. She likes to act pretentious and entitled to the changes she makes to the plan of care without explaining nor answering any questions. If you can avoid her please do so.

This dr recently became my physician, without my knowledge or consent. Shortly after acquiring me as a patient, she stsrted cutting what was a pain medication regimen that has worked for me for years.Today, she seemed to actually gain some compassion as she agreed to add back a medication she had previously discontinued. After I asked the nurse about an order, she had to call the dr, which was when she denied telling me that she would alter my meds, leaving me bewildered, a7nd extremely angry. What should I do?

Waited 1 hour, she did not listen for 3 minutes and left office to answer her private phone call. I do not recommend her. This was the worst doctor experience ever.
