Dr. Olga Leonardi

While Dr. Leonardi herself is very nice, her office staff is incredibly rude and inefficient. Every time I go into the office my wait time is minimum 30 minutes, often times longer. They have poor communication via email and even when I emailed to cancel and appointment, I still got calls to confirm the appointment 2 weeks later and they seemingly had no idea I cancelled. Definitely do not recommend unless you are retired and have time to waste.

Dr. Leonardi has hired a great P.A. to help out with her overgrown practice but the new office staff leaves alot to be desired. Its seems like a whole new crew.

Warm, caring. Ask questions. Listens and make recommendations.

After arriving to first appointment only 20 minutes later, the asian person at the desk stated that the doctor would not be able to see me. This is an unacceptable type of behavior for a physician's practice.

Dr. Leonardi is kind, clear in her explanations, and has a great bedside manner. Her front desk staff are nice but aren't great with paperwork, returning calls, or patient needs. Be prepared to follow up a lot with them. She's worth the hassle.

My over all experience with Dr. Leonardi has been excellent, shelistens to me. i never feel rushed. I am important to her based on her actions towards me. I could always find her, if i call her mobile she returns the call. If i call the office with a question she takes the call, that makes me feel like a person to her, not just another patient. I have recommended others to her who also loves her way of treating them.

She is not interested in knowing your health concerns. Nor does she care to answer questions to your health problems. She would rather respond in an odd offensive manner. She is HIGHLY INCOMPETENT!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER.

My experiences with Dr. Leonardi have been quite pleasant, very little wait time, great office environment, professional Assistant, quite accommodating. Dr. Leonardi calls her patients to discuss their situation, even makes appt for you, not like other doctors who think they are too busy to speak to their patients. I look forward to seeing her, she makes me feel like i am the most important patient she has ever seen or worked with. She is thorough and quite knowledge.

Dr Leonardi is a wonderful doctor that puts the patient first. I do not feel intimidated or insecure when I am being seen by her. She asks many questions and listens and explains things to me. She is incredibly intelligent, but not arrogant. I left a message on her office machine at 6pm on a Friday and she personally called me on Saturday morning to tell me she had just called in my prescription

Dr Leonardi is my favorite Doctor. She uses cutting edge technologies like continuous glucose monitoring, ultrasound, and EMG(?). She also spent alot of time explaining things to me and asking questions. Although it is not as important, she is very stylish and has an elegant office with besutiful furniture, I felt like I was at a spa.
