Dr. Olga Maric, MD

Beware of Dr. Maric. This office is not your usual doctor's office. It is an urgent care center that takes walk-ins and appointments as well which resulted in me being there for 3 hours even though I had an appointment as they are busy with all the walk-ins. Don't see Dr. Maric if you need a referral for a specialist. They outsource their referral process to another company and then play a game where the office says they submitted your referral and then you have to call this other company and they give you the run around so you are calling back and forth and eventually figure out it's a scam. No one at Dr. Maric's office will call you back no matter who you talk to or how many times you call. If you ask to leave a message for Dr. Maric they say they are not allowed. So if there is any problem or issue, the only way to communicate with Dr. Maric is to make an appointment, wait 2 weeks, and speak to her in person. So I have to change to another Primary Dr. and start all over just to… get a simple referral.

If you are planning to Visit Dr Maric or do any procedure as simple as blood test expect to be in the waiting room for over an hour. This is the only place I had to pay co-pay on my yearly exams which are suppose to be covered. The waiting is ridiculous but they excuse saying the Dr take the time with their patients, so what about if you work more on estimate appointments?? and what excuse they have for blood test waiting over an hour?

My first time there as a new primary care physician and I already fired them. The nurse who took my vitals was truly the most unprofessional person in the healthcare industry. She offered her own opinions (unsolicited. I was interrupted a couple times during my visit. The last time, while telling her about my meds, she started a conversation with a coworker in another language!!! If this is how the office runs, good luck. It is nothing but a clinic. Poor management and staff. Paperwork I had to sign says they charge $30 for giving your test results to your other doctors. They also charge to fill out paperwork for job related issues or insurance. With doctors in this town a dime a dozen, I left. I wouldn’t want them check the status of a stuffed animal. Stay away, unless you are desperate.

Two hours wait time. Luckily it’s not an emergency. So people if you have an emergency do not come to see her.

Dr Maric is one of the best Dr's in Florida she caress about Her patients. I love her.

I have never seen an office so full of incompetent personnel in my life. They can't even get my name right.. Her Medical Assistant doesn't return calls, and she calls scrips in wrong. I've been waiting 3 days for a return call. I called again today, still nothing. The medication in question is for high blood pressure....guess what's happening now!

She listens, takes her time and cares about the patient.

Poorly planned appoint by staff told to be 1 hr early because I'm a new patient and despite coming by at an earlier date filling out forms, I'm still waiting over an hour in the lobby. No history taken just waisting time as my blood pressure elevates. Looks like their triple booking and I have not been seen. Thank goodness it's not urgent. Well I'll be switching to another practice. As a bonus I took off work for this! Ready to walk out.

I am so happy I found this doctor!! She is professional, Caring, and patient. She spends time with you. You never feel rushed. I have never had such a nice caring doctor like this. She always has her beautiful smile on! I told all of my family and friends about her. If you are unhappy with your current doctor. Then this is the doctor to come see!
