Dr. Olga Nilova, MD

I had no problems with Dr. Nilova until my daughter developed a chronic issue triggered by a bad reaction to a medicine. I did not feel confident with the original neurologist we were referred to, so I requested to see another one that I chose. Because the original neurologist wrote that she found nothing concerning, Dr. Nilova's office seemed to dismiss my daughter's issues. By the way, both the neuro ophthalmologist and the new neurologist she is seeing consider her issues to be concerning. The referral person in her office is extremely rude (enough so that it has been mentioned to me by other offices at appointments). I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Nilova to speak to her about my daughter's issues - without my daughter present as there were things I wanted to discuss frankly and I didn't want my daughter to stress over the concerns I had. I also wanted to do this because I felt that the dr might not fully realize exactly what was going on. It was more than getting some… headaches. The office was supposed to call me with an appointment time. It has been weeks, and I still haven't heard back from them - not even a phone call from Dr. Nilova. Extremely disappointed. The last 4 months have been very difficult for my daughter. I'm grateful that her neuro ophthalmologist took the lead in getting her the treatment she needs, but extremely saddened that as her primary doctor for several years, Dr. Nilova was not her champion.

I have been taking my children to HSPeds for many years, one thing I love is there is not much over-turn, Stacy tries to hold on to staff, so we the parents feel we are not dealing with someone new at our children's visits. Dr.Nilova cares and she is honest, and does not push shots on you, HSPEDS will let the parent have a say. Stacy the manager is out at PTA, fundraisers & supports foster care , toys for tots and cancer walks, I am not sure if it is apart of her marketing skills or just because she cares. Thank you HS PEDS for all you do , keep up the good work..

Dr. Nilova is an awesome Dr. We have been using her since we moved to Holly Springs my 7 yr old has seen her since she was a baby. She is very caring, I have never felt her to be uncaring as a matter of fact I have always felt she cared a great deal about my children. She even inquires of myself and remembers things told to her from our prior visit. She is always quick to listen and asks plenty of questions regarding any illness. I have never felt rushed by her ever! I just love Dr Nilova and will continue to use her. My daughter has never felt scared about going to the Dr's because she has always made my daughter to feel comfortable

We love Dr. Nilova and would never change doctors. We have been going to her for the past 6 years, 4 of which were while we lived in Cary. But we never considered switching to a closer office. My daughter has never had a fear of going to the doctor thanks to her warm and caring manner, her gentle approach and communication style with children. She has always been accurate in diagnosis and taken the extra time to help us understand whatever was going on at the moment. The office is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Nilova was very uncaring and rude with both of our office visits. I will be switching doctors because of her lack of bedside manner. She is a grumpy woman.

Dr. Nilova is a great doctor. She's been my children's doctor for four years, and they have no fear of going to the doctor because they like her so much. She is nice and gentle with them and even laughs at thier jokes. She never makes us feel rushed while listening to anything I or my children want to say or ask. I'm glad she's our doctor.

Dr. Nilova is a great doctor. My children love her and she provides them with the attention She would her own. I will always use Dr. Nilova!
