Dr. Olga Alexandrovna Rafaelian, MD

Dr. Rafaelian showed up 15 minutes late for the appointment. No apology. No explanation for why she was late. No nothing. Then, her computer was having a ton of feedback and echo issues (this was a telemedicine appointment), so I asked her if she could adjust her volume or something so that I could actually hear her. Nope. Ok... Then she asked me why I was there and I explained that I was on short term disability from work and my internist asked me to see a psychiatrist before he could write me a note saying I could go back to work. She then spent the next 15 minutes of the consultation explaining to me that she does not write notes for people on any type of disability because "some people are malingering." I told her I was trying to get a note so I could get BACK TO WORK, not miss more work. But nope. She couldn't do anything for me. Then she charged me $175 for that lovely experience. The end. What a total waste of time and money. Avoid this doctor at all costs.
