My child had been complaining about her jaw hurting and locking. She was told she would get a splint when braces are off. My child jaw got worse. One day I went to the back with my child. Before Dr Sanchez could sit down good she started talking to me about my child’s jaw and referred us to an oral surgeon. I was told the problem could have been fixed without surgery if she had come sooner. Yes this upset me but what really got me is Dr Sanchez called my home not to check on my daughter who had surgery on the 12th and it is now the 27th but to defend herself and to say she didn’t neglect her. Those were her words and I agree that she did ignore my daughter’s complaints of being in pain. She called to argue because she wouldn’t let me tell her what my complaint was before telling me that the other doctor said. I could have been ok with I’m sorry your daughter went through this but instead you didn’t even ask how she was doing until the end of the conversation. I can’t believe how… unprofessional Dr Sanchez handled this matter. It’s not like I threatened to sue. I couldn’t talk because she over talked me like it was her child that had a preventable surgery.

Our son is 5 years old. We know we should have taken him to the dentist sooner but we have been dreading it! A lot of our friends use Dr. Sanchez. We had such a pleasant visit!!! I can not believe our child had so much fun at the dentist. The office was really clean and beautiful. Her staff is really nice!! She explained everything and answered our questions. We were very impressed> We love her!! I highly recommend her.

I have 3 children. One of them with special needs. Dr. Sanchez-Hernandez is incredibly nice, patient and helpful. She is very thorough and professional. She has always taken the time to explain why my children need the treatment that they do. Her staff is very nice. My children love coming to the dentist because of her!! I highly recommend her!!

Dr. Sanchez is very rude and inconsiderate of little children. Quick to strap children to a papoos board. Her staff is also the same way. Numerous complaints about her quality of work and lack of care given to children. We will never use her again. Claimed I was a bad parent for not allowing her to strap my 4 year old down because he wasn't being cooperative. The overhead lights were too bright for him and he didn't want to turn his head towards them.

My son went here for 2 years and we were always skeptical about how many fillings he had to have. 2 years later we have had to have 3 teeth pulled due to abscessed teeth. Our new doctor said it was due to really bad work on the fillings. Her work is horrible and completely driven by money. They charged us for a bridge we never received, then refused to take it off our bill. Avoid this place and find a good dentist for your kids.
