Olga Slepchenko

Olga's work is informed by both clinical training and personal experience. She has a firsthand understanding of depression, ADHD, and postpartum challenges, which allows her to meet patients with empathy and insight. Olga's approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic, grounded in the belief that healing begins in a space where people feel safe to be fully themselves. She is especially attuned to life transitions, trauma, family dynamics, and the subtle ways past experiences show up in the present. She values each person’s cultural context and the complexity it brings to their story. Having immigrated to the U.S. alone at 19 and later helped her family relocate from Russia, she understands the resilience it takes to start over and the emotional toll that can come with it. Olga blends evidence-based treatment with a human touch, tailoring care to each individual.Outside work, Olga is a poet at heart and uses writing to understand the world. She spends most of her time as a mother to …two children, a mischievous dog, and two cats who believe they run the house. Olga is also an enthusiastic collector of Christmas decorations, which she keeps up year-round.
