Very condescending and controlling toward a patient. Bad connection with video and due to thin walls I needed privacy due to my own home and had to go outside. Was telling me what to do how I need to be inside for videos. She went on for 20 minutes about how videos you need to be inside. Not outside. Then told me I can’t walk or move! And I froze on video so she called me instead. And still went on about video. All I needed was medications that was diagnosed by a clinician. She over spoke during my explanations. Would not recommend at all! It’s just the way she treats people makes me surprised she is still working at a Kaiser to terrorize patients due to their environment! To go on a lecture to how things did not work on her end really needs to be checked out.

Doesn't seem to have long enough experience in the field. A little too afraid of over medicating. Almost to a fault. Unless of course the people over her have kept a lid on prescriptions. Difficult to understand because of her accent. That'll clear up. Awfully busy. Very nice personality, easy to get along with when you have her speak slower.
