Olga is very direct and forceful in her communication style. You do not have to wonder what she meant, when she tells you what to do. This is very good, even when she is scolding you for a bad choice you made.

Will never see this provider again. She was extremely rude and wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. Did not understand symptoms or reasons why my newborn wasnt gaining waif. Insinuated that I was starving my newborn and held my newborn for the entire appt.

I ever received any follow-up from Olga, or her associates!

Olga is great - so thorough and willing to listen to multiple complaints and help address.
