Olha Halyabar, MD

Olha Halyabar, MD, is a rheumatologist in the Rheumatology Program at Boston Children’s Hospital and an assistant professor of pediatrics at Harvard Medical School. She specializes in pediatric rheumatology, with expertise in juvenile idiopathic arthritis, lupus, vasculitis, autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, and other musculoskeletal conditions affecting children and adolescents. Dr. Halyabar earned her medical degree from Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University in Ukraine and completed residency training there before continuing her pediatric training at George Washington University, followed by fellowship training in pediatric rheumatology at Boston Children’s Hospital. Fluent in English, Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian, her work focuses on delivering compassionate, multidisciplinary care for children with complex rheumatologic and autoimmune diseases.
