Horrible customer service no one can answer a question nor do they want to.

My son had a broken arm and the cast was put on too flimsy - cast broke in 2 weeks.(Literally there were holes in the cast) When I called to have him recast his arm the response was just to put duct tape on his arm to hold cast in place until his next appt which was 3 weeks away.

Dr. Achleitner was very professional and explained everything in detail before and after surgery. I had both knees replaced and am doing great.

I spent 1.5 hours waiting to see Dr. Achleitner this morning, and during that time the doctor himself came into the lobby and spent 5 minutes tinkering with the locks on the front door because there was some problem with them he was trying to fix (while patients were waiting to see him!). Once I went in and explained the issue I was worried about, he seemed to brush it off and did some quick measurements on me, saying I had nothing to worry about in an impolite, almost sarcastic way. Not impressed.
