Very kind and thoughtful. Spent plenty of time explaining possible causes of my discomfort. Would recommend to anyone.

I was so pleased with Dr. Cass. He was concerned for my comfort and that i understood what he was doing. He even prepared for my appointment by ordering a smaller endoscope, because I am a smaller woman. Amazing.

Worst experience ever very rude got Upset with me for asking questions because he didn't want to spend more time with me answering my concerns

He was 3 hours late to my first surgery appointment. Rude and did not have time for questions.

I am surprised after reading the reviews about Dr Cass being rude or racist. I didn't see any negative behavior on his part. I thought he was delightful. He explained everything to me and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I gave him 5 start in everything except "accurate diagnosis" and "follows up after visit" because I do not know the outcome of those yet.

Dr Cass has done outstanding work in the past. However, during my last visit for a colonoscopy, he was rude and condescending after the procedure. I suspect he was under a lot of stress and shorthanded. Patients deserve respect.

I have to admit I was a bit unsure about my appointment to see Dr. Cass after reading a few of the reviews.....but those reviews are sadly wrong and unfair. Dr. Cass was kind, attentive, very intelligent, respectful, and funny. I think he has an interesting personality that perhaps was just taken the wrong way by some of those that were not happy. I would recommend him for sure.

Dr Cass had a predetermined diagnosis during our appt. He told of his experience and did not allow time for any questions to be asked even though I sat with a pen and paper with questions in my lap. His attitude was condecending and authoritative. I will not go back.

Horrible bed side manner.
