Dr. Oliver Cromwell James, MD

I have tried to get my reports on why they dismissed me. My asking the pill counter got mad at me asking questions and I feel she went to the doctor and had me discharged. Very u professional, that a Dr. Would go along with this. I have tried to get paper work they did on me and I cant. Never have goes through this in my life. There must be problems with in the office. With so many complaints. I would never want to go back, as I have a Dr. That sees me personally each visit and just not handing me pills. I ...would reccomend people leave there before they die. They ga e me oxycontin and another pain med. I had never taken oxycontin. Within 3 months I was addicted. Then they dropped me without tapering me...cold Turkey. It was bad. They would not let me talk to the dr. Or receive my calls. Terrible experience.

Only seen him one time out of 4 months. The staff is ok at the desk. The pill counter was very rude, I ask her questions and she didnt like me doing that so she had me discharged. I personally liked Dr.James, only seen him 1 time in 4 months. I believe the girl lied on me to get me discharged. Dr.James will not talk to me. I have been blocked maybe from her. I need information and can not receive it. I would like to to to my Dr. How can I if the block you. I had never heard of a Dr refusing to speak to you. So I have to recommend never go there. I've have a good one now that is helping me. The staff eventually has orders from the Dr.

Dr James permanently disabled me! I had a rhizotomy on my right side. He cut muscle, tendon, &my sciatic nerve! I now have permanent chronic right sciatica, which is a 10 on a pain scale! Dr James then lied & charted my procedure was textbook with no complications!!! He is a LIAR & UNETHICAL! I am a RN & have not been able to work since!!!!

I have been a patient in Dr. James’ clinic for several years. With the exception of only one individual, I have found the clinical staff and support staff to be top notch. They are patient and supportive. They are skilled in their jobs. I do not feel rushed or misunderstood. I am thankful to have found Dr. James at a time when I needed a new pain management physician.

The majority of the staff is rude and unpleasant. I have had a few polite CMAs and office staff encounters, but not many. Brian, a PA, is usually very engaged and genuinely interested. However, the other providers, especially Dr. James, is dismissive and treat me as though I am burden to be tolerated. And, on a few occasions I was told my MRI , "looked good", even though the reports showed stenosis. All Dr. James wants to do is expensive ineffective injections. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. Good luck getting a call back to messages left, and you will not be seen any sooner than your scheduled follow-up appointment, even if you have a change in pain.

I was dissatisfied with my last visit. The NP came and talk for a short and said the PA would be in shortly. She did and it was short. I didn’t explained any thing to either one of them. The EN care in with my paperwork, prescription, and paper for next appt. I love dr James, he’s very through, but disappointed my last visit. I will be ready to express my feeling my next visit.

I am always,treated nice and professionally by the Dr. and all the staff. The staff is very helpful.

Find another doctor. Only interested in $$. In and out like cattle.

They gave me my life back. I was in so much pain that I couldn't play or teach the game of golf anymore. I was on the bubble of ending it. Now I'm rollin!! The place itself is intimidating to me. But I have absolutely zero complaints about his staff. They've treated me great. Lisa, Brian, and Ledford are top shelf. I can only imagine that this would be a tough business to be involved in.

Dr James & BRIAN will ruin ur life. All they are is a pill mill. Don't let them. The staff is so rude it's unbelievable! So are the drs & pa's.
