Dr Olivia M. Bajor, DO

I saw Dr. Bajor for the first time for a routine yearly physical. Her staff was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Bajor made me feel comfortable and at ease during my appointment, and she was knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. She went over the results of my blood tests and explained the numbers clearly and completely. Based on this appointment, I would most definitely recommend Dr. Bajor for her empathy and professional expertise

Liked her very much. She seemed to care and listen to all I had to say. Seems to know her stuff. I was very impressed by the office staff. I have been there twice and both times didn't even get to sit in the waiting room chair. They actually acted like they were glad to see you and very helpful.

Dr. Bajor is a nice Dr. However, it's unfortunate that she has a staff that doesn't provide the customer service quality to patients. They seem lazy and do not want to go out of their way for you if you are unable to obtain medical records from a previous Dr. They would rather have you do the running around instead of making the phone call for you. They also don't follow up with you when they say they would.Overall, Dr. Bajor seems to be a nice Dr. But if you can find a medical office that has a caring staff with an awesome Dr. then don't go to Dr. Bajor.
