Dr. Olivia Butt, MD

Dr. Butt is an excellent physician whose specialty care has contributed to an improvement in my overall health.

The front desk and Jeff would not resubmit codes prior to their mistakes in order to get paid, tried to get the money out of the patient and was declined services. Their solution was switch insurance companies. Very unprofessional.

I felt like this Dr is collaborating with pharma industry to sell their products, and not to help me, the patient, in the best possible way.I asked for a particular kind of help and I don't think she really considered my wish, or considered me capable of taking responsibility for my decision for my self. Also I had a pap smear and have not heard a peep about results.
