Dr. Olivia L T Cruz

I saw Dr. Cruz for several years. I was interested in seeing a female internal medicine doctor and got her name from my health insurance's directory. At first I was patient with her clinic but as time went on, I become more and more annoyed. She was ALWAYS super late! I stopped making appointments at 3:00pm because she would be coming from GMH and be 1 to 2 hours late. One time, I think I waited probably close to 2 hours! She was not at all good at helping me in managing my chronic condition. She did not follow-up with me on several concerns and in one instance, she did not inform me that I should see a specialist in the area. Luckily the doc I'm seeing now is thorough and has referred me appropriately.I never had much of an issue with her bed-side manner as others I know have had major issues with this! One thing that did bother me is that she would always suggest more exercise. Of course, I know exercise would help me! Duh! But she made it a point to tell me that she didn't exercise… because her house phone was on the first floor of her home and she had to walk up and down stairs--which I guessed sufficed for exercise.I notice a lot of older people see her and perhaps there's just a generational difference between us. All in all, I'd say if you're not clicking with your doc, take the time to find one that is right!

This woman is totally unprofessional in her abilities to being a below average doctor. She has a god-like complex about her and cares nothing about her patients or opinions family members may have related to patient's well being. She is arrogant, sarcastic and will never ever trust her with my life.

Very unprofessional... No respect for patients...Doesn't hear out patients or their familyHer liscense of being a doctor should be revoked and this will be brought up to the board..and the Govenor of Guam..Believe me...We will be heard...
