It’s already bad enough that you have to be at a centra care because you feel unwell. Let alone have a doctor like this. She acts like you’re a bother to her. Someone’s got to let her know about proper bedside manner and hiding facial expressions. I’ve been fighting a high fever with constant headaches, nausea, vomiting and a stiff neck. When she heard this symptoms she rolled her eyes. A look on her face of “why are you even here?” All she wrote for was an ondansetron for the nausea and then promptly just said to go to ER if it continues. What was the point in going? Also the note she wrote for my employer was only 1 sentence. So half assed like her practice.

Don’t go to this location if she’s working. She treats you like you’re a bother to her. Someone has got to tell her to control her facial expressions better. Also, she doesn’t wash her hands before and after the assessment. Gross.

Was very impressed by this woman. She listen to my symptoms and without hesitation toldme what was going on. Not a question Ihad she couldn't answer. Really put me at ease.

Great doctor, very pleasant and knowledgable

She came in and said: "What's your symptoms"? I told her, she left, and that was it. Nurses came in and did everything else. I asked for a form citing that I was sick and she refused because she deemed I wasn't sick enough. After raising a commotion and yelling at her for having the arrogance to deem how I was feeling, the test came back that I was positive for strep. Stupid, arrogant doctor; hope she gets reviewed by the medical board and placed on probation for her lack of professionalism and actual care of her patients. However, the DO at this CentraCare is fantastic! Highly recommend his professionalism and care!

Absolutely horrible experience. This Dr. brushed off my concerns as if nothing was wrong with me when i felt so awful I could not walk. Had to go to the ER a few days after my appt with her because I was getting worse after she did not try to help me. She took my money and gave me a prescription that I was told nothing about. This Dr. took my money yet told me to go see a primary care physician - I have no idea why I paid to see her - she did nothing but tell me i was wrong about how i described my symptoms to her. Ridiculous. I felt like i was being reprimanded or punished for being ill and afraid. After going to the ER turns out I really did have something pretty serious wrong with me - should have gone there in the first place before giving this Dr. my money.

This is the second time we saw this doctor at Centra Care Winter Park. We had similar experiences both times. This time she walked into the room spent literally 2 minutes listening to symptoms, and after only looking into her throat, determined she had an URI. My child has a history of asthma, but the doc listened briefly and left saying they would do a strep test since I persisted. Four minutes later the nurse came in and said test negative, we were ready to go and here are your scripts. The doc had prescribed two meds without even speaking to us again and no one was planning on explaining anything to us until I insisted on an explanation which the nurse did. Later that night, my daughter is on breathing treatments due to wheezing(which the speedy doc didn't catch). She seems way too busy to spend any time with her patients, and prediagnoses patients before getting all the facts. I will not see her again.
