Good listening and had my chart open and showed it to me, so that felt collaborative. I appreciated her very straight forward and clear in her communication, even though there was an initial difficulty understanding her accent I was able to get used to It. My concern is that this provider, as are so many MD's are overworked. This was the first time I saw this provider as my previous provider retired. She mentioned that she has over 2,000 patients to manage now, which seems like a lot.
