Dr. Olivia is so patient and really focuses on parental education. My daughter gets so excited every time we even drive past the clinic because "that's where Dr. Olivia works". The world of hearing aids and having a hard of hearing child is scary and unknown but Dr. Olivia has been a huge advocate and a great resource every step of the way.

Our experience at Children's the other day was absolutely outstanding, the provider listened, gave advice, told me things that I wasn't sure of with _____, and helped me out with that. Also helped me schedule another appointment, and really worked well with our daughter. She is excellent, totally very good person, would recommend them, her, and Children's to everyone I know. Thank you.

Our experience there was outstanding. The provider worked very well with us, explained everything, gave us some ideas of what to do with her hearing. Just was a super person to be around. And then also he scheduled us to keep track of her hearing. Very much appreciated. Very outstanding. Great quality care. Even checking in checking her in to get her upstairs was awesome. Great job.
