Olukemi Ajayi

I was a client of Olukemi Ajayi through the Online platform, and my experience was deeply disappointing. Ms. Ajayi exhibited considerable unprofessionalism, and I strongly advise others to seek an alternative provider. I urgently needed a prescription refill, which required a brief meeting before it expired. Due to Ms. Ajayi's mismanagement of her calendar, I was informed that I would be without the necessary medication for several months. Unaware of this at the time, as I had not yet read her email, I joined our scheduled meeting, which had already been assigned to another client. However, Ms. Ajayi informed me that the client had canceled and failed to attend. Rather than handling the situation professionally, Ms. Ajayi spent the entire 15-minute meeting berating and chastising me. This time could have been better utilized to address the issue, particularly since the original appointment was canceled due to her scheduling error. Healthcare professionals with the authority to… prescribe medication should prioritize patient care and never allow personal ego to obstruct sound medical guidance. Based on several observations, I do not believe Ms. Ajayi is qualified to responsibly fulfill this role.

Does not listen at all. Treated me like less than a human. Refused to help me get a continuation of my meds because i didn't feel comfortable disclosing my trauma history within 3 minutes if meeting her. She is the new psych NP at community counseling centers of Chicago. For anyone interested...you DO NOT need to disclose your trauma history to a prescribing physician. The fact that i have been being prescribed my SSRI for SIX years though community counseling centers of Chicago should have been enough. But she made it clear she could NOT care less if i go cold turkey, she cares about her license. ????? This is completely unethical and immoral.
