They have the worst customer service. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Been trying to get an appointment here for months and they claim they have not received my record that has been sent over and over. Don't recommend, rather go somewhere else. Ease of Appointment zero, since was not even able to get one. Courteous staff zero, rude and unprofessional.

It took 9 months to get an appointment with this facility and then after all of the questionnaires and paperwork, the Dr never reviewed it. I was rushed out of the office without exploring all my symptoms. I even have an area of swelling on my body that needed checked and I asked if she wanted to examine it and she said no. Um, ok and your a DR? I saw the Dr for 10 mins after it took 9 months of waiting and looking forward to some help for my problems. I feel this is very dangerous and I am very upset that I was brushed off so easily. Now I am going to travel to Sanford to another Endocrinologist. I was warned Fayetteville has a poor selection of specialist and I should go out of town, I should have listened.
