This place is horrible! My daughter took her 2 month old to the office. they "demanded" on giving her 5 vaccines even though she was teething. My daughter believes in vaccines but she likes to spread them out within a week. (Since her son was just diagnosed with autism) The doctor was cruel and tried to make her feel guilty. He used shamed to try to convince her. When that didn't work he told her if she didn't do ALL 5 vaccines, she could no longer be his patient! WTH? Worst yet she called me cause she really confused and upset and while I was on the phone, his horrible assistant started yelling at her not to be so "dramatic" that people like her were spreading diseases. The doctor came back to try to calm things down, he told my daughter to take a couple of days and think about it. My granddaughter left his clinic with zero vaccines, exposing her instead of giving her just 2 and my daughter was going to come back in 2 days for 2 more and so on. Ok we both work in the… medical industry there is noi logic for this "so called doctor's" theory. Please stay away im reporting this office to the medical board

I don't normally right reviews, but I felt compelled to create an account to write a review just to warn others. I have NEVER in my life experienced such awful treatment from any doctor's office. The front desk person, Susan, who claims to be the manager is unbelievably rude, uneducated, has no ethics and zero people's skills. Frankly, she needs serious psychiatric help, STAT! My indignation in writing this review is provoked by how unfairly she treated me and my husband. I had made an appointment for my sick baby girl who's only 4 months old. Susan shut the window and said it's her lunchtime and we have to wait one hour before we can see the doctor. Are you kidding me? She said I have to step out of the office and wait outside (with my sick baby in my arms) for an hour until she takes her break. When I was in shock and in disbelief, she started scolding me, and yelling at me. It truly is unbelievable; this woman needs to be medicated in a psychiatric hospital. Her eyes were popping… out of her head, her vein on her forehead was about to burst. She's a manger? Really? I'm shocked she even has a job. Unfortunately, I'm just now reading reviews on vitals and other websites. I called my insurance company and asked for a doctor to take to my baby ASAP, didn't realize I would end up in this place. She's the worst human being ever. How can she work in a pediatric office? I don't get it? Is this doctor blind, deaf or is he himself brain damaged to have hired such an incompetent B*TCH!!! If he doesn't wake up, fire this woman from HE*L, he's going to lose business. She has an IQ of -10, can't even articulate complete coherent thoughts. As if that's not bad enough, she smells. The office is tiny and it's filled with her BO, when you walk in, you get a big whiff of her BO slapped in your face. Nasty all around! Spare yourself and your child. Run away from this place as fast as you can. Not to mention the office is so dirty and poorly kept.

The woman at the front office named Susan is a horrible person. She is rude and talks down to people. I recommend either she be fired so the public doesn't have to deal with someone like her or take your child to another doctor.

The doctor has no expressions to wordings. He doesn't really care about your baby. He always is in a rush with my baby to get out. Worst of all, the secretary named Susan is the worst person ever. She is extremely rude, trys to talk in control, cuts you off when you're talking and hangs up on you. I DO NOT, RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR FOR YOUR BABY. The worst treatment ever and the secretary should find a new job if she is so miserable at her job.

He was the pediatrician assigned in the hospital for our new born. He did not release our baby from nursery for hours because he was not there yet, yet, the baby needed breast feeding. By the time we got baby, she was very hungry and this after we asked for her many times to feed her. Dr is not here yet. Then, baby had jaundice, a little high because she was not getting enough nutrients among other things, Dr. seemed to come down hard on my wife. I was not there, but she was very offended at his heavy approach, maybe he was being urgent, but she felt that she was being blamed for this. My wife has had diffulty breast feeding since, and she feels much had to do with her getting upset at what they said to her during her talking with this Doctor. With me he was professional, surprises me that when someone has a newborn that a Dr cannot seem to understand how to approach someone concerned about their baby and getting them angrier still by his approach.Basically, my wife panicked… when he told her the baby might have to stay a few more days. We come to find out that some of the Jaundice can be reduced by sunlight. Sure he was concerned, but the approach needed to be more soft, a good bedside manner would have helped. If you are too busy and a baby is staying too long in nursery, give the baby to someone else and then, don't feel you need to blame the patient for the baby not getting enough food, I mean six hours, come on folks.

My child was ill. I called the office and received a SAME DAY APPOINTMENT. I was informed by the staff that there may be a wait. The Doctor and the Staff shorted there lunch (if they went at all) to accomodate sick patients. Tnank You!!!
