Dr. Chaurasia's staff was extremely helpful and very friendly! Katy gave me some very valuable tips for drinking the prep solution. The actual procedure was excellent...and, by that, I mean that I felt absolutely no discomfort or pain. I received paperwork afterwards that gave the details of the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Chaurasia to everyone!!

Went for routine colonoscopy. Initial visit no wait, explained everything very well. Went in for procesure and again, very short wait, nurses took excellent care of me. No pain. No discomfort. Excellent care.

I went initially 12 years ago for about 6 months for Crohn's disease. After he spent 5 minutes with me (I was the last patient of the day and he clearly was in a rush), and I said I was having sharp pains in my abdomen, he was rather dismissive and left me without a verdict. So I went elsewhere. I decided to give him another shot recently. After he did a routine procedure, he told me to schedule my next appointment 3 years out. I don't get it.

Well, like many/most of you I was dreading having to go in for a colonoscopy. I had put it off for several years and finally after a lot of encouragement from my primary doctor I decided to go ahead. My wife was also due for the exam so we did some research online and were fortunate enough to find Dr Chaurasia. His reviews were really great so we both made appointments. My wife had here procedure done a week prior to mine. You hear all the horror stories about the preparation for the procedure and to be truthful, my wife didn't really like the drink that you need to take for preparation. She struggled with the 'saltiness' of the liquid. For me, it wasn't as big a deal. As for the procedure itself, we both arrived when scheduled and were taken back quickly. The nurses and staff were amazing! They explained every step of the process and what would happen along the way. It truly was gold star service. The procedure went quickly and we both were home (different weeks) within a few hours.… The follow up for my procedure went well too. Dr Chaurasia took the time to go through all of the results and discuss each item. He was very reassuring and put me at ease. Fortunately, neither my wife nor I had any issues and so we are set to have our next procedure in 5 years. I highly recommend Dr Chaurasia and his staff. We had to drive from Riverside County in order to meet with Dr Chaurasia and it was absolutely worth the drive.

All of Dr. Chaurasia's staff was amazing. The doctor himself has a very calming demeanor and made my procedure feel stress free.

I have had several procedures with Dr. Chaurasia and have been pretty happy but as of late I can't even get him or his office to call in a refill that ...

The most difficult part of the process was the cleansing of the colon. The actual proceedure was fairly easy and painless. The IV was installed by an experienced nurse. The drugs caused noticable amnesia. Photos provided of the interior of the colon will be valuable for comparison with future proceedures.
