I have never had a better pediatric doctor for my children! Dr. Gomez is far beyond the Best!

First of all every time I go here they try and tell me I don't have a copay to pay I have asked him several times to put in the computer that I pay 20 so that I don't get the bill later but they have not done that so everytime I go I have to explain that I pay 20 so that I don't get a bill which is my copay my next complaint is effect that I do not look like a happy person that's just the way that I look they had the nerve to tell me that they're going to treat me the way that I treat them I have never disrespected them but as I said I am NOT a happy person I just look like a normal person I don't express emotions so they proceeded to tell me that I was too angry to go to their doctor now mind you I do not think that I have to be someone I'm not just to take my child to the doctor if they're offended because I answered the questions quickly that's because I understand my children and I know what's going on I pay attention to my children I will never go back to this again I can never… get the appointment pointment a different doctor I've never seen the same doctor more than twice I've been going here for 3 years now people you will ever meet I do think it is unnecessary that they called me to let me know this I have insurance I pay my bills I am NOT on Medicaid I do not think that I have to be someone I'm not just to take my child to the doctor if they're offended because I answered the questions quickly that's because I understand my children and I know what's going on I pay attention to my children I will never go back to this again I can never get the appointment a different doctor I've never seen the same doctor more than twice I've been going here for 3 years

I've been a patient for the last 15 months. Dr. Gomez's Kid Care Pediatric clinics have a nice setup with children's movies playing, separate waiting area for well-children visits, etc. Everyone was always unfailingly polite too. It's too much of a business for me though. This is not a place to build a relationship with your doctor. They have a very large staff, and I rarely saw the same doctor on repeated visits, only ever seeing Dr. Gomez one time. The staff doesn't seem constant either, always someone leaving and new doctors being hired. They will not offer a prescription without a doctors visit, so if you're out of town and need pink eye medication you're out of luck. This leaves me to believe the Physician's Charge is more important than my child's welfare. Sent me home with formula samples for my newborn. If you're five minutes late your appointment is canceled. Often my appointments started on time, but just as often I could wait for over an hour. I'm shopping for a new clinic… now.
