when i asked to watch MY prep. in or mr. kudsi threatened to cancel the surgery. spoke to me as if i was a young child. parried my questions repeatedly. did not respect nor acknowledge my rights as a patient/person. insisted i be shaven in surgical site despite the center for disease control and world health organisation determining shaving patient raises the incidence of infection by 560 percent! was dismissive , condescending and paternalistic. APPROACH WITH CAUTION.
