Dr. Omar Hidalgo Llaguna, MD

I had surgery in 2018 and a lot of things went wrong he never explained to me what exactly he did I have been dealing with problems for this surgery until another doctor step in and did another surgery to fix the problem. I went to see him 4 times and he wasn't interested in solving my problem.

Dr. Llaguna has been instrumental in helping us when my husband and I were scared to think about our future. He was recommended ti us by my husband’s gastroenterologist and we can’t thank him enough. Dr. Llaguna gave us all the explanations we needed, answered our questions with tons of patience before surgery. Bedside manners are excellent and follow-up as well. My husband’s surgery is a success. Thank God we met Dr. Llaguna!

I had two procedures done with Dr llaguna I wish all Doctor were so dedicated and caring as this one ....I could never thank God enough for that !! I recommend him 100%

I came in for an appointment after a very serious diagnosis. He looked at my chart and previous records for a few minutes when I was already there at his office and made his recommendation which was surgery. After consulting with other doctors in his own network they advised that had I gone ahead with the surgery as Dr. Llaguna adivsed I would have possibly not survived it and they strongly advised against the surgery. He was much too quick and did not study my case long enough. I definitely advise any patient of Dr. Llaguna to definitely get a 2nd opinion after his advice and would definitely not recommend him.

Today was my first visit for my surgery with Dr. Llaguna and he made me feel at ease and comfortable. It's not an extensive procedure but I'm still nervous. Thank you for taking the time to answer all of my questions my concerns. I didn't feel rushed or like I was just another patient. I know that I'm in good hands. Everyone in the office was courteous and very pleasant. Again thank you and I will see you on surgery day.

My first impression was my God he looks so young! But after hearing him speak with my father, and experiencing his caring bedside manner, I knew he was someone I could trust. Thanks to him my father had his surgery (whipple)and has been cancer free now for 2 years!! Thank you Dr. Llaguna!!!!

My family has only amazing things to say about Dr. Llaguna! He helped us during a horrible time and because of him my father is still alive and well. God bless his gifted hands.

AMAZING AMAZING person and surgeon! Took on my mothers challenging case on when others basically said all was lost. She's now 8 months out, fully recovered and living cancer free. We are all very thankful and feel blessed.

He has the best bedside manner I've ever encountered. I am forever grateful that he was there for me in a time that i was scared and feeling hopeless. i can't thank him enough!

Excellent bed side manners. Very knowledgeable and takes his time to answer questions in simple terms my husband and I could understand.
