Dr. Omar Asaad Mubarak, MD

When I set the appointment, I said I wanted to see Dr Mubarak. They assured me that I had to wait over a month to see him. I set the appointment. After waiting over a month to see Dr Mubarak, he wasn't there again. I saw everyone but him. This has happened a couple times now. I am now being told by his staff, that there is nothing they can do about my occluded veins.They set another appointment for next month. For what???? I used to have faith in Dr Mubarak. He obviously is too busy to take the time to see his patients (patient since 2016).

I feel negligent without naming some of the difficulties with my varicose vein surgery here a year-and-a-half later when I still have swelling and numbness in my ankles. Dr. Mubarak did not prep me for the intense pain I felt from the shots before my veins were removed. Nor did he object to my working a couple days later a job that I was on my feet for 8 hours and bled profusely from the wounds. His staff did not bring my ride into the room for the departure talk and I was very confused afterward. About 6 months after the surgery I started to receive calls for extra therapy with a pump. At that point, I was so disgusted with the process that I refused it. I don't think anybody in the office had malicious intentions, but they really missed appropriate care with me.

Saw the Dr. for about 5 minutes on initial exam. Had laser surgery and never saw him before or after surgery. Follow up conducted by office nurse and PA. Very dissatisfied with overall experience. Won't go back or recommend him.
