GREAT DOCTOR AND STAFF.

Worst doctors experience, never going back there. This "clinic" is completely unsanitary and unprofessional. I set an appointment here hoping to have a simple consultation and didnt expect a whole lot. Even with low expectations i was severly dissapointed. I informed them at the time of making the appointment i was a new patient and asked if they needed insurance info. They told me just bring my card. Day of appointment, they tell me they cant verify because it was too late in the day to call. They inform me i have to return the next day as a walk in and wait up to 4 hours because of their incompetence. Its not the patients fault they dont think to verify insurances prior to appointment, or arnt smart enough to not schedule new customers after a certain time, or that theyre still stuck in the stone age and arnt using computer systems to contact insurances to verify. Doesnt matter, they will punish the patient for their errors, dont waste your time or gas. Save yourself the hassle and… find a real clinic. Luckily i called around after leaving this dump and found a doctor who after taking the time to hear what was ailing me, made arrangements to see me sooner then really available and help treat me. This office is uncaring, unprofessional, unsanitary, and quite frankly its ghetto. STAY FAR FAR FAAAAAR AWAY.

i have been going to Dr.perez office for over ten years he is a great doctor im totally satisfied with his work
